Case Study: GLP Eagle Farm Milton Keynes

Argon Utility Solutions have been contracted by Barton Construction on behalf of Kelly Taylor Associates and Gazeley to install a new medium pressure mains service and meter for the new buildings at Eagle Farm, Milton Keynes. Eagle Farm North is located approximately 5km to the east of Milton Keynes city centre.

The site forms part of a major mixed use development allocation for approximately 2900 homes and 80 acres of employment land in the Milton Keynes Core Strategy. The scheme has been designed to protect the alignment of Milton Keynes to the Bedford Canal which is a regionally important community project. The site was also an important component in the delivery of the widened A421 which represents a major infrastructure improvement for Milton Keynes. Argon will supply and install approximately 500mts of 180mm/125mm and 90mm MDPE medium pressure gas main. The Gazeley team were highly impressed with the work Argon have previously carried out and this project will be completed to the same high standard.
